This document sets out the conditions for using the mobilet.md website and the general framework of the Mobilet platform's services.
The mobilet.md website presents the Mobilet platform — the digital passenger transport management system — and is intended for transport companies, bus stations and their partners. The website content is informational and does not constitute a contractual offer.
Access to the Mobilet platform (including the company dashboard, ticket counters, the driver app and the tiki online channel) is granted under a license and services agreement concluded separately with each client. Commercial terms, service levels and the parties' responsibilities are set out in that agreement.
The POS terminals running the driver app are provided under the contract between the transport company and the partner bank. Mobilet is compatible with PAX, SUNMI and SmartOne terminals; the availability of a specific model depends on the partner bank.
The Mobilet and tiki trademarks, logos, texts, graphic elements and platform software are protected by intellectual property law. Their reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.
