How it works

1. Your trips and fares are already in Mobilet, nothing extra to set up for online.
2. The passenger finds the trip on the website or in tiki, picks a date and pays by card or with a MIA QR code.
3. The ticket goes to the phone and the seat closes on every channel.
4. The sale appears in the cabinet under the online channel and goes into settlements.

Why online sales pay off

• tickets sell around the clock, including when the desk is closed;
• passengers board with a ticket already paid, so drivers handle less cash;
• you see trip load in advance;
• online sales show up in the same reports as the desk and the driver.

One registry, no double sales

The website and tiki run on the same database as the station desk, the company cabinet and the driver app. Once a seat is sold on one channel, it is no longer available on the others. There is nothing to reconcile between channels.
