1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Contact data — name, company, email, phone — when you write to us through the contact form or reach out directly;
• Technical data — standard log information (IP address, browser type), used for the security and operation of the website.

3. For what purpose

We use contact data exclusively to respond to your request and for business communication related to the Mobilet platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep contact data for as long as needed to communicate with you, or as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, under the applicable personal data protection legislation. To exercise these rights, write to contact@mobilet.md.

6. Cookies and local storage

If you press “Accept”, we additionally load Yandex Metrica (counter 112699463), which collects anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, referral source, device, browser, country and city, and on-page actions. We use them to see which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not use this data for advertising and do not link it to your name or contact details. The service is operated by OOO “YANDEX”; its policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential.

If you choose “Necessary only”, Yandex Metrica is not loaded and its cookies are not set. You can withdraw consent at any time: delete the mobilet-consent key and the site cookies in your browser settings. Fonts and all other site assets are hosted on our own servers.

7. Hosting and transfers

This website is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany). We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.

8. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP, datepersonale.md) or, for EU residents, with your local data protection authority. We process data in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova — Law no. 133/2011, and from August 2026 Law no. 195/2024, which transposes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — and, where applicable, the GDPR directly.
